Oriole Park at Camden Yards was opened in downtown Baltimore in 1992, and started a trend of building new ‘Retro Classic’ ballparks that include Citizens Bank Park and PNC Park. Their stadium food has also been trendsetting, including this gourmet interpretation of a ballpark dog.
